Tukuwool Fingering, is a 100% Finnish yarn, from sheep to skein
- Needles: US 0 - 4 or 2 - 3.5mm
- Gauge: 28 to 30 sts per 4 inches
- Hand wash only, lay flat to dry
Fingering is light and airy yet rustic. This 2-ply yarn has quite tight and lively twist, though the fabric becomes even and smooth after washing.
Fingering works well with different gauges and textures and is made for colorwork. We have chosen colors that are ageless without forgetting the beautiful greys and browns. The yarn is non-superwash yet easy to care. Finnish wool is soil-repellent so there is no need for washing your hand knit too often.
