Shipping

We ship same- or next-day via USPS, UPS, and DHL. 

U.S. orders $150+ ship free. All other orders ship by weight.

All orders ship with tracking. You can track your shipment from your Account history, the Order Tracking page, or from any order confirmation email.

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for local customers. While the system automatically suggests a 24-hour turnaround time, we prepare pickup orders almost immediately during store hours. If you place an order after we close for the evening, we will prepare the order as soon as we're in the shop in the morning.

You will receive an email when your Pickup order is ready. You can then retrieve it any time (24/7) from the no-contact pickup cart in the atrium of our building.

Returns

We cannot accept returns on Spincycle Yarns, wound yarn, or used items. Items with a noticeable smell (ie, strong perfume or cigarette odor) will not be accepted for return.

Returns are accepted on all other products within 30 days of purchase (or delivery, in the case of shipped items). 

All returns purchases are refunded to the original method of payment upon receipt.
