Since the Wright brothers made their first powered flight in December, 17, 1903 at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, the world has been specially fascinated by aviators. The sense of freedom that always have evocated these individuals has been a major theme in countless stories and has inspired the taste for risk and adventure in several generations.
Perhaps, the ones that stand up the most among them, due to their bravery and romanticism are the pilots from the early ages of aviation. These true pioneers developed their activity with incredible persistence, guided almost exclusively by the desire to improve present in the human spirit. Absorbed in a new but yet rudimentary science that helped to develop, they didn’t doubt to pay any price for the glory awarded for accomplishing those feats that marveled the world. Sometimes, the price was their own lives…
Our pilot is an example of one of those individuals and doesn’t intend to portray any kind of given uniform but the legendary icon that we have inherited from that era.
