At least, not for physical cards. If you have a digital gift card you should have received a credit for half your balance as a thank you for sticking with us through this longer-than-expected closure, so you should be all set. Please let us know if not!
If you have a physical gift card, you can either bring it to the shop (great excuse to check out the new location!) during open hours to get a replacement OR send an email to giftcardsituation@scratchsupplyco.com and we can sort it out manually.
If you're discovering the issue while trying to check out and you're cool with using your original balance and getting your bonus later, just mention that in the email and we can set you up with 50% of what the balance was when we reopened even if you used it since then. Let us know in the email if you'd prefer another physical card or a digital gift card and, if physical, if you'd rather pick it up or have it mailed. We'll get you taken care of!
